TASTING NOTES:

Bright and indulgent with a creamy texture. Notes of strawberry, milk chocolate, graham cracker, cherry, and hibiscus.

  1. Measure and Grind: Measure 18-20 grams of Strawberry Juice coffee beans and grind them to a fine consistency, similar to table salt.
  2. Preheat: Turn on your espresso machine and let it heat up fully. Preheat your espresso cup with hot water, then empty it.
  3. Dose and Tamp: Place the coffee in the portafilter, level and tamp it with consistent pressure to ensure an even surface.
  4. Extract: Lock the portafilter into the machine’s group head and start the extraction. Aim for a 25-30 second extraction time for a double shot (1.5-2 ounces).
  5. Serve: Serve the espresso immediately in the preheated cup and enjoy the rich, fruity flavors of Strawberry Juice.
  1. Measure and Grind: Measure 15 grams (about 2 tablespoons) of Strawberry Juice coffee beans for a single cup. Grind the beans to a medium-coarse consistency, similar to sea salt.
  2. Preheat and Rinse: Boil water and let it cool to around 200°F (93°C). Place the V60 dripper on top of your mug or server. Place a paper filter in the dripper and rinse it with hot water to remove any paper taste and preheat the dripper. Discard the rinse water.
  3. Add Coffee: Add the ground coffee to the rinsed filter, gently shaking the dripper to level the grounds.
  4. Bloom: Start by pouring a small amount of hot water (about 30 grams) over the grounds to saturate them evenly. Let it bloom for 30 seconds, allowing the coffee to degas and release its aromas.
  5. Brew: Continue pouring the rest of the water in a slow, circular motion, maintaining a consistent pour rate. Aim for a total of 250 grams (about 8.5 ounces) of water. The entire brewing process should take around 2.5 to 3 minutes.
  6. Serve: Once the water has completely drained through the filter, remove the dripper and enjoy the bright, creamy flavors of your Strawberry Juice V60 coffee.
  1. Measure and Grind: Measure 56 grams (about 8 tablespoons) of Strawberry Juice coffee beans for a 1-liter French press. Grind the beans to a coarse consistency, similar to breadcrumbs.
  2. Preheat: Boil water and let it cool for 30 seconds to reach around 200°F (93°C). Preheat the French press by rinsing it with hot water, then discard the water.
  3. Add Coffee and Water: Add the ground coffee to the French press. Pour in 1 liter (about 34 ounces) of hot water, ensuring all the grounds are saturated.
  4. Stir and Steep: Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon or spatula to ensure even extraction. Place the lid on the French press with the plunger pulled up. Let it steep for 4 minutes.
  5. Press and Serve: After 4 minutes, slowly press the plunger down to separate the grounds from the coffee. Pour the brewed coffee into your cup immediately to prevent over-extraction and enjoy the smooth, fruit-forward flavors of Strawberry Juice.
